I know this is a tricky one. I want to be successful; I want you to buy and enjoy my designs. But I have to discourage returns. Here’s why:

• Shipping costs are very high unless you’re a big retailer. All this cost gets transferred to you – less back and forth, better prices.
• Shipping has an environmental cost. Yes, the products need to be shipped to get to you in the first place, but let’s be responsible shoppers, responsible citizens of this planet and not add to this cost. Before making a purchase, please know what you want and read the details carefully – I will provide color, material and size details which should help you get the right product for you.
